Multicentric

Multicentric means “multiple centers” or “more than one place.” When a cancer is described as multicentric, the veterinarian means it’s not just one tumor in one place; it’s two or more tumors in two or more places. When a tumor is multicentric, it may be harder to treat, because it’s not just one solitary tumor.
