Hemorrhage

Hemorrhage: This is the medical term for bleeding, though it usually refers to heavy bleeding. A hemorrhage could be from a large wound, internal bleeding due to trauma, or bleeding from a tumor that has burst (most commonly hemangiosarcoma).
